Crack eggs into a bowl
Add a pinch of salt
Whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy
Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat
Add butter and let it melt
Pour in the eggs
Let the eggs sit briefly without stirring
Gently push the eggs from the edges toward the center with a spatula
Stir slowly and continuously in soft folds
Remove from heat while the eggs are still slightly glossy
