Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen instructions
Choose how to verify your identity
Enter the verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number
Create a new password
Sign in again with the new Apple ID password
If you cannot access your trusted device, use account recovery
If needed, reset the password from a trusted iPhone, iPad, or Mac in Settings
If needed, contact Apple Support
