Sign out of your Chromebook
Turn off the Chromebook
Press and hold Refresh (the circular arrow key)
Press and hold Power
Release Refresh when the Chromebook turns on
When the Recovery screen appears, press Ctrl + D
Press Enter to confirm
Wait for the Chromebook to reset and restart
Sign in and complete setup
If recovery is required, insert the recovery USB and follow the on-screen prompts
