Save your files and close all apps
Click Start
Open Settings
Select System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Cloud download or Local reinstall
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up the laptop again after it restarts
