Back up important files
Plug in the charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Click Reset this PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Confirm the reset
Wait for the laptop to restart and finish resetting
