Press the Settings or Gear button on the remote
Select All Settings
Go to General
Select System
Choose Reset to Initial Settings
Enter the TV PIN if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete setup
If needed, use the physical buttons on the TV to open Settings and follow the same reset path
If the TV is unresponsive, unplug it for 60 seconds and try again
