Press and hold the Select and Play/Pause buttons on the Fire Stick remote for about 5 seconds
Wait for the Fire Stick to restart
Or go to Settings
Select My Fire TV
Select Restart
Confirm Restart if prompted
If the Fire Stick is frozen, unplug the power cable
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the power cable back in
Wait for the Fire Stick to boot up
