Back up your files and important data
Plug in the charger
Turn off the laptop
Turn it on and immediately press F11 repeatedly until Recovery Manager opens
Select Troubleshoot
Select Recovery Manager or Reset this PC
Choose Factory Reset or System Recovery
Follow the on-screen prompts
Select to remove all files if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the restoration process to complete
Let the laptop restart
Complete the initial setup after the reset
If F11 does not work, open Windows Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Choose Reset this PC
Select Remove everything
Follow the prompts to restore the laptop to factory settings
