Open Settings
Select System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Cloud download or Local reinstall
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for Windows to reset and restart
Sign in and complete setup
Reinstall apps and restore files if needed
