Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Your activity
Tap Recently deleted
Find the deleted post
Tap the post
Tap Restore
Confirm the action
Check your profile for the restored post
If the post is not in Recently deleted, it cannot be restored from Instagram
If needed, check any device backup or saved copy you may have
