How to Roast Peanut?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)

Spread raw peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet

Roast for 10 to 20 minutes

Stir or shake the pan every 5 minutes

Remove when peanuts are golden brown and fragrant

Let cool completely before eating or storing

For stovetop roasting, heat a dry pan over medium heat

Add peanuts and stir constantly until evenly browned

Remove from heat and cool completely

Store roasted peanuts in an airtight container
