Open the Instagram app
Find the video you want to save
Tap the three dots on the post
Select Save to save it to your Instagram collection
To save a Reel, tap the bookmark icon or the three dots and choose Save
To save your own video, open your post and tap the three dots
Select Download if the option is available
If Download is not available, use your device screen recording feature
On iPhone, open Control Center and start Screen Recording
On Android, use the built-in Screen Recorder if available
Stop the recording when the video ends
Find the saved video in your Photos or Gallery app
Crop the recording if needed before posting or sharing
