Open Instagram and find the video you want to save
Tap the three dots on the post or reel
Select Copy Link
Open a video downloader app or website
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Choose the video quality if prompted
Tap Download or Save
Check your device’s gallery or downloads folder
If it is your own video, open your profile, select the post, tap the three dots, and use Save to device if available
If the video is from someone else, make sure you have permission before saving or reusing it
