Make your Instagram account private
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Account privacy
Turn on Private account
Remove followers you do not want
Block users you do not want to see your followers
Restrict users if you want limited access
Hide your following and followers by using a private account
Limit who can see your activity by adjusting privacy settings
