Tap the bookmark icon below the post
Find it later in your profile under Saved
Save your own Instagram video to iPhone
Open your own reel or video
Tap the three dots
Tap Save to Camera Roll if available
Use Screen Recording on iPhone
Open Control Center
Tap Screen Recording
Play the Instagram video
Stop recording when finished
Find the video in Photos
Use a third-party downloader app or website
Copy the Instagram video link
Paste the link into the downloader
Download the video to your iPhone
Save it to Photos if prompted
Use Instagram’s Download Your Information feature for your own content
Go to Instagram settings
Request your data download
Download the archive on iPhone
Save the video from the files to Photos
Ask the creator for the original video file if you need a clean copy
