Open the email you want to save
Click the print option
Select Save as PDF or Print to PDF
Choose the destination folder
Click Save
On mobile, open the email and tap the share or menu option
Select Print
Choose Save as PDF
Save the file to your device
If needed, open the saved PDF to confirm it was created correctly
