Open the Camera app
Point the camera at the barcode
Hold the iPhone steady
Wait for the barcode to be recognized
Tap the notification or link that appears
If needed, open Control Center and use Code Scanner
If the barcode does not scan, make sure the barcode is well lit and fully visible
Clean the camera lens if the scan fails
Move closer or farther until the barcode is in focus
