Open the Notes app
Open an existing note or create a new note
Tap the camera icon
Select Scan Documents
Position the document in view of the camera
Let Notes capture the scan automatically, or tap the shutter button
Adjust the corners if needed
Tap Keep Scan
Scan additional pages if needed
Tap Save when finished
