Open the Notes app
Create a new note or open an existing note
Tap the camera button
Tap Scan Documents
Position the document in view of the camera
Wait for the scan to capture automatically, or tap the shutter button
Adjust the scan corners if needed
Tap Keep Scan
Repeat for additional pages if needed
Tap Save when finished
