Update iPhone to the latest iOS version

Remove unknown subscribed calendars
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap VPN & Device Management
Remove unknown profiles, MDM, or VPN entries
Open Settings
Tap Privacy & Security
Review app permissions for suspicious apps
Restart the iPhone
Change Apple ID password
Enable two-factor authentication for Apple ID
Review Apple ID devices in Settings
Remove any unfamiliar devices
Back up important data
Erase all content and settings if problems continue
Restore only from a trusted backup
Contact Apple Support if you still suspect malware
