Open Instagram and make sure your account is set to a professional account
Create your Story content in the app
Tap the Share icon
Select Schedule instead of Post Now if the option is available
Choose the date and time you want the Story to go live
Confirm the schedule
If scheduling is not available in the app, use Meta Business Suite
Log in to Meta Business Suite with your Instagram account connected
Click Create Story
Upload your Story content
Select Schedule
Pick the date and time
Click Schedule
Check your scheduled content in the Planner or Scheduled section
Edit or delete the scheduled Story if needed before it publishes
