Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Password & Security
Tap Change Password
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
Enter a new password to replace the current iCloud password
If you want to view saved Apple ID passwords, open Settings
Tap Passwords
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
Search for Apple or iCloud-related entries
Tap the saved account to view the password if it is stored there
On a Mac, open System Settings
Click your Apple ID
Click Password & Security
Click Change Password
Authenticate with your Mac password or Touch ID
To view saved passwords on Mac, open Passwords in System Settings
Search for Apple or iCloud-related entries
On Windows, open iCloud for Windows or your browser password manager if the password was saved there
If you do not know your iCloud password, use Apple’s account recovery page to reset it
