Press and hold the Adjust button until the display starts flashing
Press Mode to cycle to the setting you want to change
Use Start/Stop or Search to change the flashing value
Press Mode to move through hour, minute, year, month, and day
Press Adjust to save and exit
If your watch has a second time zone, use Mode to select it and adjust it the same way
If your watch has an analog and digital display, set the digital time first, then align the hands if needed
