Gather a small screwdriver, spring bar tool, or pin pusher
Place the watch on a soft cloth
Locate the removable links or arrows on the inside of the bracelet
Identify the direction the pins should be pushed out
Support the bracelet firmly
Push the pin out in the correct direction
Remove the pin completely
Take out the desired link
Reconnect the bracelet ends
Reinsert the pin in the opposite direction
Press the pin fully into place
Check that the bracelet is secure
Repeat if more links need to be removed
