Gather a small screwdriver, pin pusher, or watch link removal tool
Identify the removable links on the bracelet
Check the arrows on the inside of the links for the pin direction
Place the watch on a soft cloth or pad
Push the pin out in the direction of the arrows
Remove the pin completely with pliers if needed
Take out the desired number of links
Reconnect the bracelet by aligning the holes
Insert the pin back in the opposite direction of removal
Tap the pin in gently until it is flush
Test the fit on your wrist
Repeat on both sides of the clasp if needed for balance
