Install the mycelial growth chamber or substrate container if included
Load the prepared substrate or growth medium into the chamber
Inoculate with the approved mycelial culture using sterile technique
Seal the chamber and ensure all ports and fittings are secure
Set the operating parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and cycle timing
Start the system and confirm that indicators, pumps, and controls are functioning
Monitor early operation for leaks, irregular noise, overheating, or error codes
Adjust settings gradually until stable output is achieved
Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance as recommended
Disconnect power before any servicing or internal adjustments
