Open Google Drive
Select the file or folder you want to share
Right-click and choose Share
Enter the email address of the person you want to share with
Choose the access level: Viewer, Commenter, or Editor
Click Send
To share a link, click Copy link
Set link access to Restricted, Anyone with the link, or your organization
Share the copied link with others
