Identify the beveled side of the serrated blade
Use a tapered sharpening rod or ceramic sharpening rod
Match the rod size to the serration size
Place the rod into one serration at the same angle as the bevel
Stroke the rod along the beveled side of each serration
Sharpen only the beveled side unless the blade design requires otherwise
Work one serration at a time
Use light, controlled pressure
Repeat until the edge feels sharper
Remove any burrs with a few light passes on the flat side
Clean the blade after sharpening
Dry the blade completely before storing
