How to Sous Vide?

Fill a container with water

Set the sous vide cooker to the desired temperature

Season and bag the food

Remove as much air as possible from the bag

Submerge the bag in the water bath

Clip or weigh the bag so it stays fully underwater

Cook for the recommended time

Remove the bag from the water

Pat the food dry

Sear or finish the food if desired

Serve immediately
