Open your project in Premiere Pro
Place the playhead where you want to split the clip
Select the clip on the timeline
Press Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on Mac
Or choose the Razor Tool from the toolbar
Click on the clip at the split point
Delete or move the separated clip segments as needed
