Click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar
Select Help & Settings
Click Pause syncing
Choose a pause duration
To stop syncing a specific folder, go to Settings
Open the Account tab
Click Choose folders
Uncheck the folders you want to stop syncing
Click OK
To stop OneDrive completely, open Settings
Go to the Account tab
Click Unlink this PC
Confirm the unlink action
To disable OneDrive from starting automatically, open Task Manager
Go to the Startup tab
Disable Microsoft OneDrive
To uninstall OneDrive, open Settings
Go to Apps
Select Microsoft OneDrive
Click Uninstall
