Move away from the trigger immediately

Use a decongestant only if appropriate for you and not contraindicated
Run a HEPA air purifier or leave the area with irritants
Avoid smoke, perfume, strong odors, and cold air
Seek urgent care if you have trouble breathing, swelling, wheezing, or severe symptoms
