Place the wrapped celery in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Keep it dry before storing
Store cut celery in an airtight container with water
Change the water every 1 to 2 days
Use within 1 to 2 weeks for best freshness
Freeze celery only if you plan to use it for cooking later
