Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Select Call settings or Supplementary services
Tap Call forwarding
Choose the forwarding option you want to disable
Tap Turn off, Disable, or Deactivate
Repeat for any other forwarding types if needed
Save the changes if prompted
Dial the carrier’s deactivation code if required by your network
Restart the phone if the setting does not update immediately
