How to Sync Pictures From iPhone to Mac?

Connect your iPhone to your Mac with a USB cable

Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust if prompted

Open the Photos app on your Mac

Select your iPhone under Devices in the Photos sidebar

Choose the photos you want to import

Click Import Selected or Import All New Photos

Wait for the transfer to complete

Eject your iPhone safely when finished

Use iCloud Photos on both devices to sync pictures automatically

On iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos and turn on Sync this iPhone

On Mac, open Photos > Settings > iCloud and turn on iCloud Photos

Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID

Ensure both devices are connected to Wi-Fi and have enough iCloud storage

Use AirDrop to send individual photos from iPhone to Mac

Open the photo on iPhone, tap Share, then tap AirDrop

Select your Mac from the AirDrop list

Accept the transfer on your Mac

Use Image Capture on Mac to import photos from iPhone

Open Image Capture, select your iPhone, and choose an import destination

Click Import or Import All

Check that your Mac has enough storage space for the photos

Update iPhone and Mac software if syncing does not work

Restart both devices if the connection fails
