Use the test at the recommended time of day
Collect urine in a clean, dry container if required
Remove the test from its wrapper
Take off the cap
Hold the absorbent tip in the urine stream or dip it in urine as directed
Keep the tip in urine for the instructed number of seconds
Replace the cap
Lay the test flat with the result window facing up
Wait the recommended time
Read the result within the time window in the instructions
Check the control indicator to confirm the test worked
Dispose of the test after reading the result
Repeat with a new test if the result is unclear or invalid
