Feed the baby every 2 to 3 hours or as needed
Burp the baby after feeds

Use a rear-facing car seat for travel
Comfort the baby with gentle rocking, swaddling, or holding
Trim the baby’s nails carefully
Monitor wet diapers and bowel movements
Seek medical help if the baby has trouble breathing, fever, poor feeding, or unusual sleepiness
