Trim the fake nails as short as possible
Gently file the top layer to break the seal
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place the soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip with aluminum foil or use nail clips
Wait 10 to 20 minutes
Check one nail and gently lift the softened fake nail
Re-soak and wait longer if needed
Use a cuticle pusher or orange stick to remove loosened residue
Do not force or peel the nails off
Buff away remaining glue gently
Wash your hands
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream
Repeat with more acetone if any adhesive remains
