Take it as soon as possible after unprotected sex, ideally within 72 hours
Swallow the tablet whole with water
You can take it with or without food
Follow the instructions on the package or from a pharmacist/doctor
Do not take more than the recommended dose
If you vomit within 2 hours of taking it, contact a pharmacist or doctor
Use a backup contraceptive method afterward
If your period is more than 7 days late, take a pregnancy test
Seek medical advice if you have severe pain, heavy bleeding, or an allergic reaction
