You cannot tame a Ghast in vanilla Minecraft
Use commands or mods if you want a tamed Ghast
In Creative mode, spawn and control it with commands
In modded Minecraft, follow the specific mod’s taming method
Use a lead or custom mod item if the mod supports it
Feed it only if the mod adds a feeding mechanic
