Remove meat from packaging
Place meat on a microwave-safe plate
Use the microwave defrost setting if available
Set the weight or time according to the meat size
Microwave in short intervals
Flip or rotate the meat between intervals
Separate pieces as they thaw
Stop when the meat is pliable but still cold
Cook immediately after thawing
Clean the microwave and any surfaces that touched raw meat
