Mix in masa harina
Add crushed tortilla chips or corn chips
Stir in mashed potatoes or instant potato flakes
Add cooked rice or quinoa
Add more ground meat or plant-based crumbles
Puree a portion of the chili and stir it back in
Add a small amount of shredded cheese
Let it rest off the heat to thicken naturally
