Stop using the condom immediately

Use a fragrance-free, gentle moisturizer on irritated skin if needed
Avoid scratching or rubbing the area
Seek urgent medical care if you have trouble breathing, throat swelling, dizziness, or widespread hives
Get medical evaluation if symptoms are severe, persistent, or keep happening with different condoms
Use non-latex condoms such as polyurethane or polyisoprene in the future
Check for reactions to lubricants, spermicides, or other condom ingredients
Consult a doctor or allergist for testing and treatment advice
