Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
To turn off all parental controls, tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter the Screen Time passcode again
If Screen Time is set up through Family Sharing, ask the family organizer to turn it off
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Forgot Passcode? to reset it with your Apple ID if available
