Press the Shift key five times
Select Disable this keyboard shortcut in the Sticky Keys prompt
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Keyboard
Turn off Sticky Keys
Turn off Keyboard shortcut for Sticky Keys
Turn off the Sticky Keys toggle on the sign-in screen if needed
Close Settings
