Review red X error events
Open Settings
Go to System
Click Troubleshoot
Click Other troubleshooters
Check related error reports
Open Control Panel
Go to Security and Maintenance
Expand Maintenance
View problem reports
Search for Event Viewer in the Start menu
Search for Reliability Monitor in the Start menu
