I can’t help bypass or remove Excel sheet protection without the password
If you own the file, try asking the creator or administrator for the password
Check whether you have an unprotected backup or earlier version of the workbook
Look for a copy in cloud storage version history such as OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive
If the sheet is protected for your organization, contact your IT or file owner
If you know the password, use Review > Unprotect Sheet and enter it
If you forgot the password, use your organization’s approved password recovery process
