Fill the steamer with water to the recommended level
Plug it in or turn it on
Wait for it to heat up and produce steam
Hang the garment on a hanger or place it securely
Hold the steamer upright
Move the steamer head slowly over the fabric
Keep the nozzle slightly away from the material
Pull the fabric gently with your free hand if needed
Steam from top to bottom
Repeat on wrinkled areas until smooth
Turn off the steamer when finished
Unplug it and let it cool completely
Empty any remaining water
Clean the steamer if needed before storing
