Remove the valve cap from the tyre
Press the tyre pressure gauge firmly onto the valve stem
Hold it in place until the reading stabilizes
Read the pressure shown on the gauge
Compare the reading with the recommended tyre pressure
Add air if the pressure is too low
Release air if the pressure is too high
Recheck the pressure after adjusting
Replace the valve cap securely
