Stand with a stable stance

Trim grass and weeds in small sections
Keep the cutting head parallel to the ground
Avoid hitting hard objects
Keep people and pets away
Turn off the trimmer before adjusting the line
Stop the engine or remove the battery before clearing jams
Replace worn line as needed
Clean the trimmer after use
Store it in a dry, safe place
